My name is Thomás Morales. I have been more than in love with culinary arts since my childhood.

My passion for culinary arts started way before 2015. My mother and my grand mother in my youth were the ones that lead me to love cooking.

For me today it's not so much calling it cooking but a form of expression of my own design.

I truly found my calling and passion being able to provide a special experience through my culinary work, where people can savor my menu on a daily basis.
